About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll work closely with CS leadership and teams across the globe to drive higher customer engagement, lower churn, and ultimately more profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting infrastructure to drive business decisions
- Own data enrichment of our customer success tooling to ensure CS agents have the right insights at their disposal
- Define, quality, and reliability for key business metrics, such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Churn
- Develop customer success performance and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with analytics engineering to develop customer-centric dbt models
- Build reporting in Looker, including highly curated and formatted dashboards and customizable self-service frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, CS, or another STEM field
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role
- Experience working for a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories with data
- Expert in SQL and Looker (or similar visualization tooling)
- Some experience in data modeling and metrics design
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has experience working with dbt and LookML
- Has experience using customer data platforms like Gainsight or Vitally
- Has experience with version control tools like GitHub or GitLab
- Has experience working for fast-growing B2B SaaS companies
- Has experience in customer analytics
