What You'll Do

• Provide individualized support to children, promoting their independence and self-esteem
• Pursue leisure activities with the children, enhancing their social and emotional development
• Assist the children in managing their daily routines, from meal times to personal care
• Maintain accurate records of the children's progress, helping to inform future care plans

Requirements

• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people
• An ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, ensuring seamless care delivery
• Experience working with children or in Social Care, showcasing your adaptability and resilience
• A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one, upholding the highest standards of safety and security
