Sales Management Opportunity
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced sales professional or sales manager to lead our local team at Anglian Home Improvements, the UK's leading home improvement business. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, driving recruitment activity, and providing training and coaching to ensure the team meets sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage a team of self-employed Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
* Drive recruitment activity of self-employed Sales Representatives and Marketing Agents
* Provide training, coaching, and development to ensure the team meets company standards
* Encourage the Sales Team to generate leads and present approved finance presentations to customers
* Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan and achieve sales targets
**Requirements**
* Successful proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding targets
* Ideally experienced within Home Improvements or a similar industry
* Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and guide people to achieve targets
* Excellent negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Flexible and able to work varied hours
