Job Title: Yard Operative

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Yard Operative to join our team at Class 1 Personnel. As a Yard Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our yard, including inspecting, picking, and loading materials onto vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and load materials onto vehicles
  • Ensure all equipment is sorted, serviced, and stored neatly
  • Perform equipment repairs and fabrication
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements:
  • Previous construction experience or labouring experience
  • Forklift licence (training available with progression)
  • Knowledge and experience of using power tools
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Strong team-player with problem-solving skills
