Energy Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled RICS registered valuer to join our team as an Energy Valuation Specialist. This role involves delivering valuations that adhere to RICS Redbook standards for renewable energy technologies in the UK market.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing accurate and timely valuations, collaborating with other teams, and contributing to the growth of our valuation service line. Additionally, you will engage in lease negotiations and support transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver valuations that meet RICS Redbook standards

- Contribute to the growth of our valuation service line
- Engage in lease negotiations and support transactions
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in valuations who are currently RICS registered valuers or can become one (Level 3 in Valuations at APC). A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred, as is direct experience in the valuation of renewable energy assets. However, those with experience in Rural or Commercial Property valuations will be considered.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our team.
