About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Discipline Expert to join our team at Aldwych Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering designs and supervising the production of technical drawings and checking output.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an engineering consultancy and knowledge of relevant software packages, which may include IES VE, Hevacomp, and Revit.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed engineering designs
  • Supervise the production of technical drawings and check output
  • Prepare technical reports in accordance with clients' briefs
  • Technically sound work consistently designed and delivered, in accordance with agreed deadlines and budgets

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification at Bachelor's degree level or higher in a relevant discipline
  • Previous experience in an engineering consultancy
  • Knowledge of relevant software packages, which may include IES VE, Hevacomp, and Revit
  • Demonstrable technical understanding of mechanical discipline
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines

Estimated Salary:£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
