Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Psychology Graduate, you will provide support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support sessions. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a school environment and develop their skills in supporting children with SEN.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide additional support to students who require help to progress, working one-to-one and in small groups as needed
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality support sessions for pupils
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for students with SEN
Requirements
- Degree from a top 20 university
- Relevant experience supporting children with SEN
- Strong understanding of psychology principles and theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
