We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at The Peacock, located in the heart of Angel, Islington, London.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team to achieve outstanding results and maintain high-quality food presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus that maximize sales and meet business objectives.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
