We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bank and Account Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure the efficient and controlled management of our bank user access and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank account information
  • Assist with the opening and closing of bank accounts following established procedures
  • Administer bank platforms and TMS, including setting up new user accounts and deactivating accounts as needed
  • Manage bank mandates, including gathering and verifying information required for setup and modification
  • Prepare bank administration-related information for internal and external auditors
  • Analyze bank administration processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes for better efficiency

Requirements

  • Previous working knowledge of banking platforms
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions (advantageous)
  • Knowledge and ability to use Kyriba/Bank Mandate Module (desirable but not essential)
