We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at WatchHouse Spitalfields. This is a full-time role, approximately 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.95 plus service charge (up to £2 per hour).
Key Responsibilities:- Work as part of your House team to create a vibrant, exciting, and sociable place of work.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food, reflecting the diverse offering of our business.
- Demonstrate unparalleled hospitality by delivering regular customers with a warm, positive, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Work with coffee and food, supporting your House team when required.
- Help maintain brand standards at high volume production by following and adapting recipes to ensure consistency of high-quality beverages.
- Previous coffee experience within a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
- Proven track record in hospitality, punctuality, adaptability, and a hard work ethic.
- A great team player and someone who can work alongside a brilliant barista team.
- Beautifully designed Houses, working on industry-leading equipment and fellow hospitality professionals.
- Contracted hours every week to give you stability and plan your personal life.
