Hinckley, Leicestershire, United Kingdom Triumph Motorcycles Full time

At Triumph Motorcycles, we are dedicated to crafting exceptional motorcycles that embody our heritage while embracing innovation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Motorcycle Component Designer to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Engineering Services department, you will report directly to the Chief Engineer - Chassis and work closely with Vehicle Teams throughout all phases of design and development to ensure the robustness of our designs and efficient test validation.

Your primary focus will be on designing high-quality components, including ergonomic elements such as hand controls, bars, foot controls, and control plates, as well as fabricated parts like fuel tanks. You will collaborate closely with our Manufacturing areas, Quality, and Purchase Departments, as well as suppliers, to drive development and maintain best practices across the Design Department.

To succeed in this role, you must possess direct experience in designing components for these fields and demonstrate a proven ability to adapt quickly to new areas outside your previous expertise. A pragmatic problem-solving attitude, coupled with strong organizational and methodical skills, is essential for efficiently progressing through issues and delivering well-thought-out solutions.

You will have a deep understanding of styling and engineering integration, ensuring that all components meet both functional and aesthetic requirements for our premium product lineup. If you're an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for motorcycle design, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. A variety of competitive benefits, including an enhanced holiday scheme, employee benefits platform, and favorable life assurance scheme, will also be offered. Additionally, you'll have access to heavily discounted rates on motorcycles, clothing, and accessories, making it an iconic place to work.
