Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality results.
  • Manage client engagements effectively, from inception to delivery, ensuring profitability and identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement of services.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development, and contributing to the growth and success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of taxation, with expertise in handling complex tax issues and staying up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in project and staff management, with the ability to lead complex projects effectively and manage client relationships at senior management levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience, showcasing a track record of success and progression within the field, and a strong understanding of the tax industry and its trends.
