Workforce Planning Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Manager to join our team at Public Sector Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to support the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) in achieving its goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain accurate workforce plans to ensure the FCDO has the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workforce gaps and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Work closely with the FCDO to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
