Inventory Control Specialist

About the Role:
The Stock Manager plays a vital role in supporting the growth of our online business, ensuring our customers receive the best possible online experience and customer service. This involves supporting and encouraging the team to meet performance targets, ensuring customers receive refunds quickly or stock is packaged and ready for existing online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store management team across the back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe, and target-driven environment.
- Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring the team to be at their best is at the core of everything.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team.
- Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
