Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to wholesalers, retailers, and direct-to-consumer sales, resolving issues and providing timely follow-ups.
- Order Processing: Manage purchase orders, track orders, and maintain accurate records of goods in and out.
- Export Documentation: Manage HMRC documentation, including EMCS paperwork and export shipment documentation.

Requirements
