About the Role
CV-Library seeks a skilled People Manager to join its team in Aylesbury. As a permanent full-time employee, you will work 35.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, with hybrid working offering 2 days from home.

Main Duties:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee recruitment and internal promotions across the organization.
• Deliver training and coaching to managers on performance management best practices.
• Design and conduct training sessions for all employees on various topics, such as improving staff retention through surveys.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, promoting a welcoming work environment.
• Handle employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary actions, grievances, sickness, dispute resolution, retirement, and redundancy.
• Prepare and maintain reports and business plans for specific HR projects.
• Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
• Review and recommend updates to the company's benefits package.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- CIPD certification
- At least 4 years of experience in HR management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in people management

This role requires a proven ability to design and implement effective HR initiatives and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
