Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to assist the Network Engineering team with the installation and configuration of devices and software in scheduled change windows. The successful candidate will manage projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and create detailed network topology diagrams and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with various network technologies, including Cisco Multi-Site Orchestrator (MSO) and Nexus Dashboard, are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Network Engineering team in deploying and configuring network infrastructure solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including topology diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Investigate and resolve complex network-related issues, working closely with the engineering team to implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with network infrastructure technologies, including Cisco devices and software.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Multi-Site Orchestrator (MSO) and Nexus Dashboard.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex network issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
