Job Summary
WeRecruit Marine is seeking a skilled Marine Engineer to join our Motor Yacht Service & Warranty Repair team in Southampton. This role requires expertise in the service, maintenance, and repair of inboard engines with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on vessels, including electrical and mechanical systems;
  • Carry out pre-delivery inspections and testing of boats;
  • Document all work accurately using job cards;
  • Conduct warranty repairs locally and further afield, requiring a full UK driving licence.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a qualification in Marine Engineering, experience within the Leisure Yachting sector, and hold a full UK driving licence. Experience with Volvo Penta or MAN engines is highly beneficial.
