We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AOG night clerk to join our team. As a key member of our freight operations team, you will be responsible for handling AOG shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AOG shipments, including customs entries and export documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to urgent queries and requests
  • Collaborate with key accounts to meet their shipping needs
  • Process customs entries for air exports
  • Quote customers for shipping services
  • Send pre-alerts to customers for upcoming shipments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AOG and freight operations
  • Cargowise experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • PC literate and proficient in relevant software

Working Hours:

  • 4 on 4 off night shift
