About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lettings business in our Harrogate and York offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Maximize branch profit and drive targets
  • Implement a growth strategy within the lettings business
  • Manage performance and influence results through effective team management and motivation
Requirements
  • Strong background in estate agency and lettings
  • Target-driven and tenacious with a proven track record of motivating and influencing a team
  • Extensive knowledge of lettings business and ARLA or equivalent qualification
  • Good track record of sourcing new business and maintaining relationship connections
  • Keen team player with high standards of service and presentation
  • Good organizational skills and full UK driving license
