New Build Site Lead

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a New Build Site Lead to join our team in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This 6-year development will see the delivery of 450 traditional build houses and apartments across 5 phases.
This development offers a mix of open market and partnership properties, providing opportunities for growth and development. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving the site forward, managing programmes and budgets, and ensuring quality finishes. You will also need to liaise with subcontractors and internal/external bodies to achieve project goals.
