Site Services Supervisor

Anord Mardix, a leading global provider of critical power solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Site Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our service centre in Hemel, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance and installation works across the UK and occasionally Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Complete necessary certificates for handover to clients and witness testing, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Conduct thermal imaging surveys using Fluke thermal imaging cameras to identify potential issues.
- Monitor project status and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Direct and manage other employees and contractors on site, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Interconnect, test, and commission LV Switchgear, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Manage projects to maximize profits, prioritizing quality, health, safety, and environmental considerations.
- Conduct site inductions and task briefings, ensuring method statements are communicated and followed.
- Complete records and certificates for handover to clients, including witness testing and associated documentation.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical engineering and management.
- Proven knowledge and experience in LV Switchgear, with a valid Manual Handling Awareness Certificate, SSSTS cert, ESC Card, and UKATA Asbestos Awareness cert.
- Demonstrable experience in a management or supervisory role, with a willingness to work in the UK and Europe.
