Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Autodesk Revit Specialist to join our team at Tailored Talent Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models and drawings for MEP systems.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on commercial-scale projects. You will be proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage BIM models and drawings for MEP systemsEnsure MEP models and drawings align with design criteria, standards, and projectsOversee quality control, conduct compliance checks, and implement best practices in MEP modellingIdentify risks, manage design changes, and track project timelines to meet deadlinesResolve model clashes using tools like Navisworks and coordinate across disciplinesWork with suppliers, communicate with stakeholders, and act as the point of contact for offsite and onsite teamsTrain junior team members, and update procedures to stay aligned with advancements

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
