Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complaints Quality Adviser to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on complaints handling and quality assurance, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide advice and guidance on complaints handling and quality assurance to patients, carers, and staff.
  2. Investigate and resolve complex complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve complaints handling and quality assurance.
  4. Work closely with the Quality and Safety Team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  5. Provide training and support to staff on complaints handling and quality assurance.
  6. Monitor and report on complaints data to inform service improvements.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that complaints are handled in a consistent and fair manner.
