Job Title: CQC Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CQC Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at Nobleliveincare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our domiciliary care branch in Croydon, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of care workers to deliver personal care services to clients in their own homes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, both internally and for external regulators and contract holders.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a branch in domiciliary care.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality community care.
  • Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks for care services.
  • Good budgeting, business management, and commercial skills.
