We are Ritz Recruitment Limited, an emerging Build to Rent property management company in the heart of Sheffield. We're seeking a skilled Leasing Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service to residents. As a Leasing Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive top-notch service throughout their tenancy.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong background in lettings administration. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of lettings administration, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating online marketing efforts, and ensuring good presentation of available and show apartments. You will also work closely with our Community Manager to develop new leasing strategies and report on letting performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of lettings administration, including maintenance of accurate records and coordination of online marketing efforts
- Ensure good presentation of available and show apartments at all times, regularly spot checking and liaising with the cleaning team
- Coordinate the online marketing of available apartments
- Prepare demographic data, reports, and compile information for review by the Community Manager
- Respond to all enquiries in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Work with 3rd party agents to facilitate smooth transactions
- Assist the Community Manager in analyzing the local rental market and developing new leasing strategies
- Meet with prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate rental offers
- Complete applicant vetting requirements and new let paperwork
- Compile regular letting performance reports for review by the client, senior team, and Community Manager
- Provide recommendations for apartment appraisals and advise on recommended rents for properties coming to the market and those where tenants wish to renew
- Coordinate renewal communications and negotiations
- Ensure arrival packs are prepared and keys are ready for tenant move-ins

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a 10% discretionary performance bonus, which may be negotiated upwards dependent on experience. Plus opportunities to develop your career in a dynamic and growing company.
