Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Inspector to join our team at Morgan Hunt UK Limited. As an Asset Management Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys and property inspections to help maintain and refresh our asset management information and asset investment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough stock condition surveys and property inspections to identify defects, maintenance, and compliance issues.
  • Produce detailed reports to support effective contract management and ensure quality and value for money standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Property Management, Asset Manager, and Planned and Cyclical Works Manager to develop asset investment plans.
  • Review Fire Risk Audit (FRA) reports and ensure actions and remedial works are scoped and completed.
  • Provide reports for internal and external audits with relevant asset management data.
  • Keep the Job Logic system up to date with any asset changes due to surveys.
  • Conduct HHSRS inspections and provide recommendations and status reports.
  • Ensure all recommendations from reports are followed through with responsible delivery teams.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and changes in legislation.
  • Deputize for the Head of Health & Safety when required.
  • Collate and report on overall monthly/quarterly and annual performance indicators for each compliance work stream.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
  • Experience in property condition surveys and inspections.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders, including contractors and delivery teams.
