Global Sales Development Manager

The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of Expedia TAAP's travel agent partners in London & The South. This position involves developing business with existing accounts, ensuring account retention, and identifying partners with potential for growth.
This role requires frequent telecommunication interactions with existing agents and prospects, as well as conducting product training face-to-face or virtually. The Key Account Manager will also attend partner events, tradeshows, and exhibitions, supporting the Senior Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
Key responsibilities include accurately diagnosing partner business needs, translating needs into opportunities, and effectively communicating with partners to form strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, the ability to articulate ideas clearly, and a demonstrated ability to influence others.

Required Experience: At least 3 years' account management experience, ideally within the travel industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM skills, preferably Salesforce.
