About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the commercial delivery of refurbishment projects up to £10million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect the commercial interests of our client at all stages of the project.
  • Oversee an efficient procurement process and attract suitably qualified subcontractors.
  • Commercially manage a large self-delivery capability onsite.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting is compiled and delivered to senior management.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified quantity surveyor with experience of working on refurbishment projects previously. You will have been commercially involved in the management of large direct labour forces and understand how to manage commercial risk on complex refurbishment projects.
