**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Officer to join our Defence Region and support an established team delivering various projects across the MOD Built Estate in the Southeast.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior project management experience in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civils, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting agreed objectives & KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the full life cycle of multiple projects with values ranging from £100k to £5mill.
  2. Manage a team comprising of Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
  3. Ensure the project lifecycle is maintained at all stages and completed on time, within budget, and that agreed objectives & KPI's are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Must have a CSCS Card.
  • Hold a valid SMSTS qualification.
  • Health and Safety, either IOSH or NEBOSH.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interface with clients, sub-contractors, designers, and military personnel.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and experience of managing a supply chain.
