Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project controls, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining budgetary accuracy.



Salary Information


The estimated salary for this position ranges from £54,500 to £68,150 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 20%, which is paid on top of the base salary and is fully pensionable.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement effective project control systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project milestones and budgets;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely project delivery;
  • Monitor and analyze project performance data, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making;
  • Maintain robust financial controls, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting;
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on controls and risk management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Asana;
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or construction management.
