Enterprise Sales Professional

In this role as an Enterprise Sales Professional with THC Recruitment, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, negotiating and winning business from consumer and corporate entities. As a key representative of our client, you will demonstrate professional conduct and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Prospecting and canvassing new leads generated by the company
- Managing and developing a portfolio of customers
- Following a recognised customer journey to deliver excellent results
- Making a minimum of 60 outgoing sales calls per day or 300 per week
- Spending at least 2.5 hours on the telephone in each working day
- Achieving income targets set by the account manager
- Utilising HP, LP, and PCP products to meet customer needs
- Demonstrating product knowledge and expertise in finance, lenders, systems, policies, and procedures
- Protecting the company against potential bad debt and fraud through adherence to established procedures
- Understanding credit submission procedures, recommendations, and lender systems
- Following up new leads and business opportunities with pre-agreed phone calls and relevant communications
- Recording customer and prospect details on the company database
- Demonstrating good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Ability to influence key decision makers and stakeholders
