Club Cleaner

As a Night Leisure Cleaner at Village Hotels, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our public areas.

• Cleaning and Health & Safety Checks: You will be responsible for conducting thorough cleaning and health and safety checks throughout the club, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our members.
• Full Security Checks: You will perform full security checks throughout the night, ensuring the security of the club and the safety of our members.
• Knowledge of NOP & EAP: You must have full and up-to-date knowledge of the Night Operating Procedures (NOP) and Emergency Action Plan (EAP).
• Security and Emergency Procedures: You will use your training and knowledge to carry out security and emergency procedures to the Company standard.
• Operational Standards: You will maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety, and minimize wastage.
• Hotel Night Team Support: You will assist the Hotel Night Team as required.
• Training and Development: You will attend fire training every 3 months to comply with legislation and any other required health and safety training.
• Knowledge of Hotel Facilities: You will demonstrate full knowledge of the hotel's facilities and be able to convey relevant information.
• Customer Service: You will deal with complaints politely and positively, making every effort to resolve them on the spot. If unable to resolve, you will pass all information to the Night Manager/Leisure Club Manager.
