Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager

The Growth Consultants is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.
About the Job:
- Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth and expand our market share through effective sales strategies.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, monitor team progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand their business needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions.
- Sales Analysis: Analyse sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular reports on sales progress, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of leads and opportunities. Qualify and prioritise leads to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals.
- Sales Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and provide relevant training or development.
Salary and Benefits:
