Employers Agent / Building Surveyor Opportunity

A leading construction firm in the residential and public sectors is seeking an Employers Agent with a building surveying background to join their team.

This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on a mixture of new build project management schemes, contract administration of remediation projects, building safety case work, and report writing.

The successful candidate will join the building consultancy team and receive continuous progression opportunities and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on new build project management schemes
  • Contract administration of remediation projects
  • Building safety case work
  • Report writing
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Public sector project experience would be advantageous
  • EA experience and report writing ability
