At eXPD8, we're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you'll work with high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring that products and promotions are displayed attractively and effectively.

This role involves setting up fixtures, arranging products on shelves, and implementing planograms to maintain consistency and compliance with merchandising standards. You'll also be responsible for promoting and setting up point-of-sale displays, as well as providing accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions. You'll also need to be comfortable with manual handling and have a full UK driving license and access to a car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues and provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Comfortable with manual handling.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
