About the Role:


The Data Analyst I will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing research projects.



Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate research projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Assist and manage survey processes, including communication with districts, customizations, data collection, and analysis.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze research data using appropriate software tools and statistical techniques.
  • Prepare research reports and presentations for dissemination to internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, etc.).
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Proven experience in research coordination or project management, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of research methods, study design, and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.


Working Conditions:


This is a full-time position that involves working closely with colleagues and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.

Compensation:


Estimated salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
