Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in one of the following fields: Architecture, Business, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant work experience in the commercial real estate sector, including transactions and capital project delivery.
- Extensive EMESA regional working experience, ideally some global experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience leading and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to apply strong problem-solving and business judgment skills to complex situations.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, and SharePoint.
