About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Medical Advisor to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Clinical, Medical and Regulatory department, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical expertise and strategic guidance related to various therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth clinical knowledge and expertise on serious chronic diseases to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs and materials for healthcare providers to enhance their understanding of serious chronic diseases and our therapeutic solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the field to gather insights, exchange knowledge, and foster collaboration.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of clinical trials, providing input on protocol development, investigator meetings, and study conduct.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address market access challenges and ensure optimal patient access to our therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

  • You hold a PhD, or you are a Medical Doctor (GMC registered).
  • You have a specialisation or have significant experience in one of the relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Experience in a clinical or medical affairs role, preferably within serious chronic diseases and late phase studies.
  • You have a strong understanding of clinical trial design and execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
