About the Role
Fraser Group is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day trading strategies across multiple websites, analysing sales patterns, and managing reporting to drive commercial growth.

Focused on delivering impactful campaigns, brand and promotional strategies, you will work closely with digital marketing, commercial and optimisation teams to improve conversion rates and KPIs. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Executing daily trading of multiple websites under guidance of the Digital Trading Manager
  • Manage and provide detailed analysis of key business drivers, feeding into action plans to meet sales and contribution targets
  • Analyse seasonal sales patterns and competitors to maintain commercial awareness and report on key customer behaviour

About You
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role such as an Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Executive or Online Merchandiser in a retail or consumer brand. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly make you an ideal candidate for this position. Additionally, your experience working within e-commerce platforms, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user skills are valuable assets.
