{"h1": "Tax Manager Opportunity", "p": "A well-established firm of Chartered Accountants is seeking a Tax Manager to work with a varied and interesting portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organisational and communication skills, and an appropriate tax qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation of tax returns using Digita software
* Liaising directly with clients to handle queries and provide excellent service
* Identifying and considering tax planning opportunities
* Managing workflow to ensure deadlines are met and returns filed on time
* Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations

Additional Responsibilities (optional depending on experience):

* Preparation of corporation tax returns and tax planning
* Capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning
* Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring compliance

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a practice environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* An appropriate tax qualification (ATT, CTA, or equivalent) is preferred
* Experience with Digita software is desirable but not essential
* Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
