Contract Management Assistant

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team members with logistical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage late office operations, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to after-hours inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support team members with scheduling, planning, and logistics for late and out-of-hours services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in the housing, premises, or facilities management sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organisational abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft packages, IT systems, and databases.
- Ability to multitask, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Salary Estimate: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum.
