Primary Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Tutor to join our team at Fleet Education Services. As a Primary Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners who require dedicated, in-person support to achieve their academic goals.
Our learners are situated throughout Worcester, and we are looking for a tutor who can provide high-quality tuition to help them succeed. If you are an engaging teacher or tutor with experience in supporting KS1/KS2 English, Maths, or Science, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver in-person tuition to learners who require support with their academic progress.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with learner guardians/teachers to ensure academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
- Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
- Live and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.
- Commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.
- Competitive weekly remuneration through PAYE.
