We are seeking a Beverage Artisan to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences for a major High Street brand.

You will be responsible for:

1. Preparing and serving high-quality drinks and food that meet our customers' expectations
2. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
3. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
5. Managing inventory and ensuring supplies are maintained
6. Continuously improving knowledge of brewing methods and techniques
7. Identifying and reporting equipment issues to ensure seamless operations
8. Representing our brand positively and maintaining its reputation
9. Complying with all relevant health and safety protocols
