At Copello Careers, we are seeking an experienced Aircraft Systems Specialist to join our team in the Cheshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing, maintenance, installation, and test of aircraft, adhering to maintenance manuals and technical drawings.

As an Aircraft Systems Specialist, you will work closely with our team to ensure the optimal performance of all associated systems and functions. Your expertise in the assembly of electrical and electronic parts, materials, hardware, use of calibrated tooling, wiring harnesses, components, and sub-assemblies will be crucial in the manufacture and modification of electrical, electronic, electromagnetic equipment, equipment rack, instrument consoles for integration into existing aircraft systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

Aircraft Maintenance and Modification

Competence in the assembly of electrical and electronic parts, materials, hardware, use of calibrated tooling, wiring harnesses, components, and sub-assemblies for the manufacture and modification of electrical, electronic, electromagnetic equipment, equipment rack, instrument consoles for integration into existing aircraft systems.

System Integration and Test

Aircraft maintenance, modification, system integration, and test. The ability to repair, adjust, and maintain aircraft systems to ensure system reliability.

Requirements:

The successful Aircraft Systems Specialist will require the following experience:

Maintenance Manuals and Technical Drawings

An understanding of maintenance manuals, IPCs, EMMs, and wiring diagrams to implement inspections and maintenance processes to ensure the optimal performance and all associated systems and functions.

Installation of Prefabricated Parts and Assemblies

Installation of prefabricated parts and assemblies to assist in the final installation of electrical and avionic modification components.

Ability to Repair, Adjust, and Maintain Aircraft Systems

Ability to repair, adjust, and maintain aircraft systems to ensure system reliability.
