Construction Cost Analyst

We are seeking a talented Construction Cost Analyst to join our Regional Building Team in the South West. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build a career in construction and contribute to the success of Tilbury Douglas.
As a Construction Cost Analyst, you will work on various projects, analyzing costs from initial assessments to project completion. Your expertise in contracts, financial management, and contract law will be valuable assets to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare costs for construction projects.
- Select and manage suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Assist with data compilation to monitor project performance.
- Meet with professionals, clients, and others to discuss land, property, or construction.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 26 days annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, and a company pension scheme with 8% matching.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and be currently studying towards it. You should also have the ability to read construction drawings and possess practical problem-solving skills.
