Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for preparing monthly accounts, financial reporting to the CFO, SLT, and Trustees, budget analysis, and reviewing financial systems and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Review and improve financial policies and procedures
