Job Description

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading the cost management and contractual aspects of projects, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
What We Offer

This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car allowance. The company also provides a pension scheme, private medical insurance, 26 days leave plus bank holidays, and the ability to purchase 5 additional days off.
