Childcare Centre Leader

Job Summary:

Skillframe Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Centre Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, and will be able to develop and implement effective strategies to support the development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the nursery team to deliver exceptional care and education to all children.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to support the development of team members.
• Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the needs of each child.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, including the implementation of safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Promote the nursery to both current parents and potential customers to support retention and ongoing occupancy growth.

Requirements:

• A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Third in Charge, Room Leader, Early Years Educator or similar.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
