About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Centre Operations Manager to join our team at PRS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing planned and reactive maintenance on building services infrastructure, utilizing CMMS systems and adhering to DLR processes and SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mission-critical mechanical & electrical environments, with experience working in data centres or similar environments. They should also have knowledge of key infrastructure components of DCs, including UPS's, Generators, and Cooling systems.

The salary for this position is £62,500 plus benefits, which include a 10% bonus, pension, health care, parking on site, death in service, medi care, assistance with training, career progression, uniform, mobile phone, and CDCP training if needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Management Team as requested, including but not limited to the provision of technical information for reports, root cause analysis during day-to-day operations, and incident escalations.
  • To proactively monitor and improve the operation of building systems to ensure optimum performance with a clear focus on energy efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to the QHSSE Responsibilities Matrix.
